I have to say that the hardcore bands from the 80's had some damn good shows. I just love that the bands have as much energy as the people in the crowd and they actually interact. I wish I could've been there.

Bands like Bad Brains, Black Flag, and Minor Threat. Just in case there's another definition of Hardcore here.
