Who knows how to get a key to get into a glass case that they keep the cameras and video games in? Where do they usually leave them, behind the counter or are they on the key chain that the employee's carry?

depends on the store and the people working there. The employee's are supposed to carry them mostly, but I have seen a few times when they left the keys next to the register.
