View Full Version : Best Robbery Targets?

Sorry if this thread is not in the proper place...wasn't sure where it fit. A thread involving Break And Enter is here, so I figured this fits here, being a similiar topic.

I was wondering what you suggest would be the easiest and/or profitable targets for robbery?

The cat in the other thread talked about robbing a drug dealer, this is one option I've considered myself (dude was mad sloppy and revealed where his cash/drugs were stashed at throughout the house. Unfortunately, he got pinched by the jakes soon after). I'd prefer something that was non violent, not looking at an armed robbery, more like a cat burglary...

Anyone know of any places where you might not think to look, that have alot of cash on the premises? Or an obvious target, but an idea on how to beat security/cops, etc.?

Approx 2 years ago, my friend came up with an idea to get the deposit box ($2500+ not bad) out of the restaurant he worked in. It was in the local mall, and we planned it out nicely. We went through the back corridors of the mall, and climbed into the roof, directly behind the restaurant. We then cut the cable controlling the security cam, which he identified earlier. We just had to drop down inside (on the other side of the wall separating the business from the rear corridor)...unfortunately, my friend fell through the roof (I know...) and we had to make a hasty exit...

Looking for something that would work a little better...my first 2 targets haven't exactly panned out, heh. Figured if anyone might have some ideas, it'd be the gents on AC.

Of course, since we all live in different places, it'd have to be a general place. But hopefully you know of a business/chain that has the same security practices, or some hidden cash cow that no one thinks about. Maybe something you or your homeboys hit up, and got some knowledge to drop. Either way, I'd be interested in hearing some ideas.

PEACE

PS - I've stolen 3 auto's, countless car stereo's/amps/subs, etc., along with Nintendo's, lap tops, etc. Not really looking for products (selling is not easy in my neck of the woods, not much for fencers), so I'm more looking for cash...but all ideas are welcome

You got lucky, most security cameras have battery backup. Finding places that constantly have large amounts of cash is not easy, banks are damn near impossible to break into and other places with large amounts of cash don't make it known. You're better off borrowing small things with a high resale value. I would go for drugs, drug precursor chemicals, explosive precursor chemicals, or firearms.

What up, Count. Thanks for the reply. LOL @ not even considering battery backup on that cam, I'm sure your right tho. As for the high value items, your right about that too. I have friends who have stolen firearms, but they are not easy to sell around here. Definitely not enough demand/cash for the risk of getting my head blown off...I think drugs are definitely the way to go... I guess it's too much to ask for some hassle free burgled cash, lol. Now you see why I pose the question...it's pretty hard to come up with one.

Peace bro

Personally, I'd say people's houses. I live in okayish neighborhood, but people have valuable shit laying around. Careful though, because there could be someone that you miss while casing out the house. Sometimes there's a geezer that never comes out of the house, so you'd miss him when casing the joint. Go for middle class, not higher, because they tend to have security.
