Just stop and look at it like this which you'll never really understand til your out of school.

They do not make the rules but merely enforce them, and a fail on there end makes them look like there not doing their job.

Ever thought that they are setting you up for later life?

Exaclty... It is not even the school that started that rule either. You will do that in nearly ANY workplace, including some of the lowest paying and "starter" jobs like McDonald's and other fast food places.

If your manager at work tells you "Where's your uniform?" are you gonna get in his face and scream "Don't fuckin' tell me what to do!! You're not God of all people!!"
What do you think will happen?

They (both schools and work places) tell you to do it because it makes them look bad and then it seems like they aren't doing their job right.

Palmer

Why would you get payed to get an education?
That's not really even the same argument.
Actually there is some schools that give out money based on your attendance. I never really understood them but I like the sound of it.
That's besides the point.

They tell you to do it so you don't look like a slob and can get payed.
If you do like I used as an example and act like everything you're doing is just a chore for your boss you won't get payed at all, because some of the most simple jobs require things like this.

Guess what? if you get fired from McDonald's within the first week because you can't follow instructions, it's gonna be pretty hard for you to get a new job. Even if you do, you would prolly end up losing that one too for the same reason.

I have a mixed opinion about school uniform.

I had to wear a uniform at school, but we as a school collectivly voted on what we wanted so we did have a small say. I would of rather worn my own clothes but hey what you gunna do?

But I also think that some kids from poorer familys might get picked on because of their clothes and a uniform could remove that.

Aahhh fuck it, ive left school what do I care.

That is one hundred percent false... To show how false that is, I even typed out the number in expanded form.

They do make jails for juvenile delinquents- and if you are charged with a serious crime as a juvenile [given the seriousness of the crime] you are charged as an adult... Assault and battery (again, if they are serious enough) happen to be one of those types of crimes.

Aside from jail time, no doubt they will call on you and you will have that in your record ruining your chance of participating in a civic or government based job. that will always be there.

Even then, the majority of the people here on this site are 17 and older, it just happens to be that all the 14 year old posers are noticed due to their relentless spam-posting.

It can be, depending on the asshole cop that arrests you.
I went to jail because I was with some friends and we pretty much broke some bus windows on two buses and trashed the insides.
I got charged with vandalism and criminal theft (theft was from stealing a fire extinguisher).
They said it was over $2000 of damage but my "Friends" moved so I got stuck with the entire charge.
I never paid any of it but that's besides the point... It was BS because I hardly did anything. Good thing they didn't find out about the attempted car theft. O.O

IDK how hard it is to get arrested where you are but it's fairly simple where I;m at.

i completely understand what everyone's saying, setting us up for life and whatnot, it's not like teachers are out to get you, (unless you piss them off, then they can fuck your school life up, i had a teacher like that) why would they be? they're just doing their job, you can relate it to a million things

why get pissed off at the repo man? get pissed off at the company for taking their shit back

why get pissed off at the SWAT team? get pissed at whoever snitched you out or framed you

anyway, i can relate to other people too.. 'cause it's INCREDIBLY fun to piss teachers off :D however, that doesn't mean i'm going to do the same thing to my boss... 'cause that's only fun 'til you realize you don't have a job :(

EDIT: i take that back about SWAT teams... raids are fucked up and they even take shit they're not authorized to take, not to mention they trash your house

the cop has nothing to do with it, it's up to the judge

and how the hell (i'm assuming you're like 15) do you go to jail for 2 misdemeanors? definitely not serious enough to be tried as an adult, that would be like 2 years of community corrections

Wow you're really fucking dumb.
The cop is the one who arrests you to take you to the judge, they decide what you are going to the judge FOR...
Though the judge can completely forgive those charges, the cop is more influential then you are. It heavily depends on the cop that picks you up.

I'm guessing you're just saying I'm 15 to completely alleviate the fact that you are, so it seems like you're older then me? yes. If you really were older then that, you would already know that what I just said is true...

Yeah, and I already said it- you can go to jail BEFORE you are 18. If you're so "experienced and smart" then how come you didn't know that and you think that Assault and battery are misdemeanors? moron...
vandalism is another story though.

So you're saying I could destroy a skyscraper and collapse an entire block and that's a misdemeanor?...... no.
There is a point where vandalism becomes a federal crime, which in Wisconsin (where I was arrested) happens to be when the property damage reaches over $3000. Every state has it's limits to when it will become a federal crime.

Wow, I'm 15 yet you don't know what you're talking about? I highly doubt you're even a year older than me, and even if you are then you're still really uneducated for your age cuz you have NO fucking clue what you're talking about.
You need to learn a shit-ton more about your laws, rights, and basic civics.

don't get so worked up, sir

btw, a bus isn't a skyscraper, i never even said EVERY count of vandalism was considered a misdemeanor, but either way, i'm still pretty sure the destruction of bus windows isn't a felony, even if they were, not a serious enough felony for jail time

i'm not gonna sit up all night on Google looking up laws to make myself feel educated, i go from experience, i've been on corrections for 2 years and it's been more serious shit than school busses, i know a couple of kids, brothers, probably your age, that broke into Anthony Elementary (the actual SCHOOL! wow!) and trashed more than windows and seats and got several felonies

guess what they got? corrections and lots of CSW hours, i'm pretty sure even that's more serious than school busses and they never got jail time

anyway, i'm not going any further into this 'cause i already said everything on your page a good 20 minutes or so ago

just a heads up, @palmer: federal crime means it's dealt with at the federal instead of state level. what you mean is a felony, not a federal crime. if it were a case of it becoming a federal crime, it would not vary from state to state...

Yes, Cuddles, I absolutely did mean felony, not federal.
Thanks for correcting me. =/

By the way, I am going off of experience... I didn't look any of it up. If you want, when I go back up north, I will fucking take pictures of the papers.
Like I said on your profile...
I broke a bench once (on accident) and they thought I did it on purpose, so I got "talked to" about it... That was about $20 but compared to a bus, that is nothing. There is a point when the property damage goes up too high, it is considered a felony which can be jail-time. It is not the same in every single case, they absolutely can decide what happens to you, and that's what I am saying; it's not the same in every case, it depends on what it was and property damage.

Oh, and like I said, when you damage certain parts of a bus, they have to strip certain parts, re-do them and put them back together. which was the bulk of the cost (and no, it wasn't JUST seats and windows that were broken). They do this, obviously, because it is carrying around [or more than] 20 children.

You need to actually look up and read into the laws, because you have no idea what you're talking about.

well heres what I would do, see I had a T shirt w/ a WW II soldier on it and he had a M1 Garand. Some fag economics teacher told me it "was not school appropriate because it had a gun on it" and I "needed to take it off"
I never had this problem before, but he said "take it off" and that made me "uncomfortable" (lie, cough, cough) so I went to my guidance office and told the school shrink what he told me and why it made me "uncomfortable" and he almost got fired over the whole incident.

The moral of the story, use your not so wrong doing to get the teacher in trouble. Passive aggressive (for me at least) works the best.

People can be sexist against their own gender, same as people racist against their own race or fat people hating other fat people. :D
I could say I hate all men, and that is a generalization against men- or, in layman's, sexist against my own gender.

Oh, by the way, you said "of course your a guy so you would like the way they dress."
