Stealing from vending machines

Me and a few buddies recently (earlier tonight) busted the shit out of a vending machine for shits and gigs. we literally flipped it over and riped the shit out of it. apparently theres like 2 feet of shit before you get to the soda. we just took the cash and got out of there. Is there an "art" to getting into these things easier?

You can get into the system menu by pressing 4231 on the buttons. (in order going down or across) although theres not much you can access. Usually just how much money is in it, and what people have bought the most. Who knows, find out a way to get more?
