i wanna make this forum into something useful, and i really liked the health and fitness section deathord had going way, way, back (though it only lasted a week), so that's the new subject.

maybe eventually the name will be changed but for now that's what i'm gonna try to do.......shit it's been what seems like an eternity since i've been on this site.


so start posting along those lines, if it has nothing to do with personal health and fitness i will probably delete it eventually.....idk, i might lose interest in this site another extended period of time.

but i'll at least make an effort.

Ali was great. But boxing is all about matchups. Joe Louis had an awesome jab, just like KEN NORTON, BUSTER DOUGLAS, guys who gave ali a fuck of a lot of trouble. Joe Louis is the only one who could match Ali's hand speed, plus he had HUGE knockout power. Douglas woulda beat him if he had the power louis had.

Footspeed goes to Ali though. I think Louis would walk out of the ring the victor.
