So I have a PS3 and about 5 games for it. The reason I only have 5 games for it is mostly because the games are just so god-damned expensive. So I just decided that I might as well just steal them. I was thinking of pulling this off at a gamestop, but they keep all the disks behind the desk. So thats out. Now I think that wal-mart would be my best bet, but the closest wal-mart to me is about 35 minutes away driving at 60 mph. So now come to the brand spanking new Super-Target right down the street. My problem is that I've read threads on here saying how much Target tries to catch the people who steal from them, plus it literally just opened the eighth so security wise, it could be really high, or untrained. What I thinking of doing was bringing some of those CD cases in in one of my pockets and a pocket knife and somehow get them to the bathroom without getting caught, now I think thats were the problem will come in. Do you guys think that maybe we could make this a two man job and slowly work it towards the bathroom by hiding it in random spots? Forgot to mention, this new one has a ton of games that arent behind the glass.

You gotta watch, any suspicious people will be followed through the camera. They will watch every step. I've actually gotten a PS1 game (yearsssss ago) from walmart...just gettin it open quickly and the security tag out should take no longer than 10 seconds. Try to surveil the place and find out where the least amount of cameras are...Don't leave the store without buying something!

well i do this at best buy, or rather i used to, im pretty much unstoppable at places like that. i once got out with a casette-itrip trasmitter thing, 2 cds, 1 dvd, 2 sets of earphones, and an ipod case. basically you gota do it at every busy peak times and just look around calmly, grab things here and there, act like your checking out tvs, find aisles with no one in them and do everything slickly, rip off the plastic, take the product, pocket it, toss the plastic behind tv boxes, and always check for people tailing you. rinse and repeat, always walk calmly and like you have a purpose.

security always checks out the more expensive things, like games, so its good to have someone act sketchy on purpose, grab a game or two, look around like an idiot, shove them kind of half-hidden and walk to another aisle, just so security follows him instead.

as for cds dvds and video games, you take them out of the case, put the cd in an empty cd case in your back (bring paper cases, they're the best), if you want the manual take it, if not leave it. (always in abandoned aisles out of view of cameras) remember places like best buy and shit have LOSS PREVENTION, serious security. then close the case and leave i on the search computer desks, all your empty cases.

walk out with your new loot.

yea, definately dotn move things slowly, if you do go to the bathroom, make sure they dotn have beepers at the door, and i think ur best bet is to take a backpack, go to a target tahts not in your neighbourhood, and fill it with whatever you want, then calmly walk out, dont buy anything and when th beepers go, act casual until(if) they try to stop you and then just book it, they wont chase you

you can sneak it into a backpack or somekind of case coated in tinfoil, or wrap it in tinfoil and put it somewhere inconspicuos, the tinfoil blocks the security device

If there isnt a plastic case on it, go for it. I managed to steal Fallout 3 from bestbuy and they have employees everywhere. Target is easy, just grab it, and walk around vacant isles while you work with it. I got a nice pair of skull candy rasta earbuds no problem there. If you have any doubts about yourself, you wont pull it off.

Yeah, the won't chase you. When I had to do my computer training for work, it said that you can't go after someone when they go into the parking lot. Also, they have to physically see you steal something before they'll search you, they can't go based on assumptions.

well i didn't read the other posts so if i go over something already discussed sorry.

okay so heres the deal Not only does target watch you like a hawk but they also have Undercover people posing as civilians Sounds fake but im serious. so heres what you do your going to need to 1 get the games out they should be behind glass so your best bet is getting an Inside man. Thats not really safe because you don't know the person. but if you really really need the game people can be bribed, but if that's not the case, the getting them out from behind glass will be hard from then on your going to need to walk around a bit look. (By this time you should have gone it and actually shopped days before looking for cameras and places to not be seen ETC.) Shoplifting is an ART it is not as easy as it looks, anyways your going to need to Put the whole game in your shirt/Pants under a belt and fold the shirt down make it into the bathroom and just have a buddy look out for you. and from then you can just put the disks anywhere on your person in your back pocket is not wise because it might leave an imprint. which will be notices by the guards watching the doors. (btw i have a super target near my house and this is how i did it a while back,) Your best bet is wearing a modified jacket with an inside pocket, and There buy a few items so you don't look AS suspicious walk out and act casual. the big thing is to be confident and look casual. Hope that helps a little.

Omg target does not watch you like a hawk and they have ATLEAST 4 isles without any cams what so ever AND in most targets the only cams that work are the ones by the door atleast here in georgia anyways, and WALMART is the ones that have the under covers posted as civilians their called supermen. And going to the bathroom to steal is the dumbest way to do it period.

I used to steal World of Warcraft 60-Day Game Cards easy from the store.
If you've got someone small enough, like a friend who looks really young, or maybe a 10-14 year old sibling, use em. Get the accomplice (or you) to ask the person working near the games if you can see one of them. Then ask if you could take it to show your parent. Theyll most likely let you take it to show them, then just slide it in your pocket and be on ur way.

another way you can get games is if they dont have what you need is steal games from walmart and target that are worth a considerable amount of money and sell them at gamestop. I get a two of my friends including me and go to walmart and target and steal games. We see which ones are worth the most and choose 4 each. We walk around seeing for people and cameras and when we see a blind spot or a nice empty area with very few or no cameras we take the cds outta the cases and put em in out pockets or down our pants lol. One time we walked out with an itrip, 12 games, 4 music cds, plus some food lol. Also if u need clothes go to a american eagle or somewhere with no cameras, rip the tag out and throw the clothes in a back pack. Second is get some clothes and go to a dressing room, rip out the tags or sensor and put em in your pocket. Walk out like you might buy the clothes, go somewhere to throw the sensors away or hide them in the store and put the clothes in a back pack. As well you can put clothes on under your shirt or jacket go to a dressing room with some clothes to "try on" and when ur inside take sensors outta the clothes u have on put em in your pocket then put em on again walk out throw sensors somewhere and walk out .
