Like if someone came to my house and said "God/ Our Gods declare that this belongs to us, get out". If only a few people of a religion like that were to do that, wouldnt it be reasonable to ban that religion / kill its followers to prevent the misuse. Like if we compare it to taking stuff on a plane, before you used to be able to bring a bunch of stuff on, and now because of some few bad apples you can't bring stuff like pencils or something (i wasn't allowed to, anyways)
