That sounds a bit a bit sexist. Maybe it could be that women don't seem very motivated to stare at a screen and twiddle their thumbs on a controller, then repeat the process over and over again. I don't play video games very often, and sometimes my little sister beats me on games like Halo.

I am not a girl, its just that my little sister plays more than me, meaning that not all girls are bad at games. I don't go around wondering when the next Metal Gear Solid game comes out, because I could honestly care less about them. They don't really interest me, mostly because I find reading more enjoyable. Like LiveWire said, its all about practice. And who doesn't lack hand-eye coordination when they first learn to play? I used to stare at my fingers when I first played guitar, but now I can play without even needing peripheral vision.
