Adding .ocx files to VB Express

Can anyone tell me how to upload .ocx files into VB Express, my dumbass can't figure it out and google isn't helping for shit.

You could in VB6.0 so I figured you would be able to in VB Express, but so far I can't seem to figure it out :-(

You really need to delete your system32. Or use google and try one of the first 3 results you lazy fuck.
