Air Rifles Modification

Just bought a new air rifle. It's maximum legal power for the UK, don't know what velocity that is. I want to mod it to make it more powerful. Also I'd like a nightvision mod for it. Any ideas? It's a breakbarrel by the way.

My gamo shadow is a break barrel .177 that shoots around 1100 fps, I just put a better spring in it and put an o ring piston in it instead of the gasket tipped one. One from the store shoots about 800 fps.
On the other hand, my shinsung 9mm 8 shot pneumatic carbine shoots at 100 fps with over 400 foot pounds. Stronger than a 9mm parabellum.

i have a pump pellet rifle, it can easily take out small animals, and if you want more power you will need to increase the ammo weight, the syringe/piston assembly draw length, and the spring size. as for night vision, buy a cheap disposable video camera and mount a bunch of IR leds on it. you wont be able to see them but the camera will pick up their light

Stronger spring is the best youc an do, I got a spring froma trampoline and stretched the shit out of it with 2 trucks.
It's over 100 pounds to pump, but worth it.

1100 fps, not sure of the force though. It's only a .177 so I guess around 200fp.

600 fps is high airsoft shoot .2g pellets at about 350 FPS and it will go into your skin and sometimes you have to dig it out and they are plastic pellets, so yes it is powerful

I'm from the US and the highest I've seen was one Gamo used to make and it was 1250fps. And I would go with trying to stretch your spring out if you can, or just buy a new spring online that is more powerful.
