The Mormon religion isn't exactly my strong suite. But I have met a few Mormons and they are really nice to be around, and that trait is tolerable enough for this athiest. I would consider at least asking her what her faith is all about and see if it is for you. And to ask a mormon out? I don't know just be nice and other things that a decent human being would do.

He's right. That's just being a complete ass. It's a different story if you hit it and quit it minus the converting religion. But allegedly they are, as stated, quite prudish and stiff. However, I do know a Mormon girl who is the opposite. So I say just go for it an ask her out, see what happens.

The biggest thing that you have to have is confidence. In the way you move, in the way you speak, and in the way you feel. Start up a conversation with a simple "Hi," talk about some interesting things. Don't just go ask her a bunch of questions; you don't want her to feel like she's doing a job interview.

Another tip is for you to end the conversation (don't make it too short, you can end it once you get her info.) She'll most likely be used to guys trying to talk to her for as long as possible, and if you end the conversation she'll most likely notice it.
