Fantasy Authors

I have no problem admitting that I am a complete and total nerd. I love classic fantasy and I believe that no one writes it better than David Eddings. But I have finished reading all his books and I was wondering if any of you awesome people here would be able to recommend any new authors and series. I enjoy reading the less know authors so your input would be awesome!

Well....i like christopher paolonini...he wrote the Eragon series.....Hes a really good author..i really enjoyed his books so far and im waiting on the fourth book....you should check em out.
