Full computer control with just IP (Program)

Correct me if I'm wrong

Isn't there this computer program called... sub-seven?? (I think)
I heard with only the IP address of your victim you can control the WHOLE computer. (Kinda like screen sharing with mac Leopard)

Is this true?

Just for curiosity's sake, I'm not actually planning to use it.

Sub-Seven is a trojan horse you can bind with a simple program and send it to a victim through an e-mail. With really good anti-virus security out now it's easily detected. If you really wanna learn to hack..start learning how to program and then take some networking classes at a college level

can't you use windows + r and type shutdown -i and get an administrative shutdown? could be wrong but idk. but yea if you have the ip, I believe you can shut it down. also, if you're trying to do this at school, all you need is the ip so long as their static IP addresses. Or, get a RAT(Remote Administration Tool) and install the basic components on intended target computer and administrator components on your computer and plug in the computer name/ip address and you can do it.

I use Prorat its a really good program, but its easily found? you need their ip and them to click on a file to gain control of thier computer, its so cool

Well there is also Vnc viewer, the person you wanna view there pc has to have it on there pc as well, but once you get there ip you can use vnc to view there computer and do w/e really
