so this is in a way stealing
ok, go to ebay, look up 8gb mp4 players (or something you know is fake) and buy a cheap 1. i bought one for $22 delivered, i knew it would be fake. when it arrived i used mp3 utilities to find out that even though windows saw it as 8gb and let me put on 8gb it was only really 1gb. anyway once you have it, and know its fake and only 1 or 2gb contact the seller, demand a refund or replacement (which will still be fake so you could do this forever) and get all your money back PLUS youll still have your mp4 player or watever. did it the other day. still enjoying my FREE mp4 player. this probly aint stealing but you get lots of stuff free.

to answer all of those.
1. keep nagging them, send emails, open up claims with paypal, leave neg feedback, they WILL refund.
2. sure theyre not as good as ipods but theyre actually pretty good. (id know i own several high end mp3 players including ipod). and i didnt say you have to look for a fake mp3 player, it could be anything. ALSO you just could buy a real item thats good, complain and say it was fake and get ur money back and have a good free item.

ha i kinda did this 2 weeks ago by accident. i had 2 ipods that were broken and ordered a logic board for 1 of em but it never came, complained and got a new one sent out and when i got the note to pick it up at the post office, when i got there apparantly the first one arrived too and they just never told me. 2 for 1.

its so damn easy, i could even do that with the $300 ATH A900s im ordering off ebay for $250 and just say it didnt come, but i dont feel like that much of a cheap bastard anymore :D
