So seventh period of school this little punk ass kid sits in front of me now. First thing he does when hes sees my backpacke and starts asking oh you have drugs in there, you have drugs, i'm telling on you. Then he immediatley starts rifling through my stuff looking for drugs. THis kid is known for stealing so I punched him to get him to back off. I had my back turned for 5 seconds and he started going through my stuff again.

I know now that he also stole my ipod last year during athletics, but i need to frame him. ANy ideas? If its mine it should still have a text file on it.

i agree with that. but with the frame thing, buy a new expencive ipod and make sure ur parents or whoever u live with see it alot and hide it in his locker and tell ur school dean or princible u saw him take ur ipod and put it in his locker. hopfully they will serch the locker and find the ipod and they will do somthing to the little prick. but i'd get a couple of my friends and beat the bloody shit out of the kid

Or better yet, if he is a dumbshit like he sounds like. Through in some crushed white smarties in a plastic bag and put it in your bag. Then when he goes through it and sees it he will think 'drugs'. Then when he runs up to the teacher to tattle tell on you, you can pull it out and say it just smarties and he looks like an asshole for going through your shit in front of the class. Other than that, I would build a remote detonated bomb, dress it up and give it to him as a gift, then when he walks out of class, let the principle know and have his ass arrested. And if he gets away or the principle doesn't believe, detonate the thing sometime.

unfortunately, this kid even though smaller than me, has grown up in porter, which is the worst part of town, Hes been in more fights than I have and won't hold back. I like the smarties idea, its fucking brilliant. If he does pick a fight with me after school i'll bring a friend to watch and theres always my knife. Thanks guys.

heres what id do. i had the same prob minus the drugs chant (GAY) i had some nigger steal my PSP when i was in lunch (left it in my bag in my class) i had a 5'' buck knife i kept in my shoe tucked up my pant leg. the teacher turned off the lights to take notes on the TV and sat next to him. of course him bein a nigger he sags so i slipped it in his pocket and he didnt notice. i went up and snitched on him. sent him to jail and i got my PSP back :D

I was going to say that, except to hide a bunch of drugs in his locker. It has to be a fair amount though, because at my old school you were supposed to get expelled for having any kind of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco on you at school at all. But I know quit a few people that were caught with at least one of the above and either got a warning or a couple days of detention. They really only expelled the people that had a large amount of drugs on them, or had something like coke rather than just weed.

Well, he was wanting to get the guy back. And you can plant a certain amount on someone that will get them in trouble but not put in jail. And chances are, if he's younger, he'll have to go to Teen Court or something like that and just have to do community service along with being expelled.

I remember at my school you got suspened and such for booze and tobacco but any kind of illegal drug in any amount was immediate expulsion, by immediate I mean they cleaned out your locker took back all your text books and escorted you off the grounds within a couple hours. If you had heaps of drugs they would call the cops into the school otherwise they would just report you and the cops would deal with it in their own time.

Simply buy a knife off a friend, take a baggy and crush mentos or smarties work too. Take some random pills out of your kitchen drawn, put them in a baggy. get some weed if you can but make sure its shitty or its a waste of weed.
Plant it in his bag and turn him in quit. they get charged for the knife, the weed, and since the coke's fake, intention to sell. then a charge for lieing when they say it was a set up.

I got a kid expelled for a knife, small baggie of fake coke. and a about an 8th of shitty mids I placed in his side pocket of his bag while his back was turned. drugs is always key to getting them back.
My friend jumped him two days later and got my ipod and psp too.;)
