Idk. I'd just tell him. Or tell other people that you did, get people to spread it around so that when he hear's "I heard so-and-so slept with your girl" it will put doubt in his mind and whatnot. Then he'll confront her about it. I'm not sure how she'll react though, but even if she denies it he might still not believe her, and then he'll confront you about it and you can confirm the rumors.
