yea not exactly... most keyloggers work when they are activated after they login to theyre account, this is before u log in. right when u boot the comp up, it prompts for a master pw. then if u get it right, u get on login screen

I know exactly what to do!!!!!
Ok your gonna have to open you case...
there is a batery inside that powers your "bios"
first, unplug your computer...
next, open case
remove batery and then plug computer back in and turn it on...
it should say(in lamens terms)
"system error, restarting bios, removed password"

if it didnt do that ,
then your gonna have to find the "jumper"
its a very small two/three pin thingy that has a plastic or rubber graud on it.
very small... your gonna remove that(computer unpluged first)
then restart your pc...
now that shouldve worked...

now, re-install the battery(its kinda wierd) and the jumper piece...
now your all set and password is fucked!
now you can safe-made with command or you can change boot parameters and boot from another OS like linux and luagh all the way to the fucking bank...

Better yet, try oph or what not or john the ripper doesnt matter, you could also attempt to make/use a xp password reset disk. Google it.
