Firepipe

Happy happy joy joy! I'm back, with some serious fun. It's called the Firepipe.

Take a bucket, fill it with gasoline, and put toiletpaper in it, until you get a claylike mixture. Make it into small balls. Light the wireframe, and let it burn until you get a nice, large flame. Then shoot the gasoline/paper balls at "things" with the pipe. (By "things", I mean cars, little kids, dogs, and the mailman). The balls should ignite when they leave the blowpipe, thus sending a small fireball in the direction of your victim. Enjoy.

the mixture shoud be warmed to decrease the energy needed to ignite the vapors being created

The mixture should NEVER be warmed, for this will result in the gasoline evaporating from the paper. The gasoline vapors will then probably ignite, making it a pretty unsafe situation.

it would gain to much speed before enough energy was acquired to sustain it self during flight. Thus warming it would make the gasoline ignite easier
