My mate paid me 100 quid he'd owed me for ages, in twenties, 2 of the notes are covered in some kind of ink or dye and the shop wont take them :( Anyone know how to get it off? I'm well pissed off i'm skint and got £40 i can't effin spend

what does the dye look like?
