What if when you die, your life simply restarts. Everything that you are doing now you already did like a million times before, like a repeating film.

I think that would be a good idea, except you don't repeat yourself. Say when you die, you come back as yourself, but you're supposed to live your life better than you did before.

Thats exactly like hindu beliefs. Your good and bad deeds from your past life affect where you are in this life. In that case, reaching nirvana is like stopping the film. Im not saying thats bad though because hinduism makes a lot more sense than christanity. That brings up religions though.

Most religions are all almost the exact same. People in the middle east had the same beliefs as people in mexico about 4000 years ago, what if there was a race that existed on earth that were viewed as gods or angels or something, either a step up in evolution from humans or aliens?

I had come up with this thoery a while ago and I thought, what if that's why people are psychic? They've lived their live so much, they can remember it and they remember life around them? And that's where we get the feeling of "Deja Vu"?

Dude. It's a fucking IDEA. This thread is called "What If's?" I was adding on to the other person's theory, and it was a general "what if question." I don't have an answer for it. Also, technology is a hell of a lot better than it used to be, but it will take a while before we can get world peace and flying cars (which I think there actually are hover cars/crafts out there.)

Imagine a world without Adolf Hitler...If you got sent back to 1939 (The start of WW2 I think) and You had a gun...Shooting Adolf and ending his supreme reign.

Yes something along the lines of, I remember hearing about experiments the Australian army did to their soldiers.
I'm not quite sure this is true but from what I heard it happened near Brisbane (I think)
The tests were to see how long a soldier could last in chemical warfare without clothes masks etc..
A few soldiers were asked to take part in an experiment..They god put in this room a circular one I think, they were given clothes and masks to put on, and when they had done so the testers would release some type of Chemical/Gas into this room and told them to walk/run around in this circular court type thing, Gradually they would remove their shirts pants shoes etc.. to see how long they would last.. Eventually they had to remove their masks and continue walking/running around in this room.

Well you see when the Australian army were deploying their troops, they needed information about chemical warfare, and as for the soldiers agreeing I don't think they knew what the experiment was.

Their logic behind it was if they could sacrifice a few soldiers to potentially save the lives of thousands it would be a good bargain. As screwed up as it sounds somebody has to do it.

what if the world was based around me, nothing is what it seems, and ive/you've been lied to your entire existance. everyone and everything is for you, you are test, an experiment if you will. to see how a being acts in a world with given laws some breakable unbreakable and some still to be broken, limitation of physical strength and mental development. a rat in a cage. nothing is real. but everything is ment to seem real. though you will never know that you have been an experiment, whomever or whatever that made this place and put you here will. we may all be test subjects, or you all may be made to seem that you exists and interact with me in a way that makes me believe that i am not alone. i just think of all the technology and shit i or us humans have, and how possible that it is nothing compared to what could be, what is or isnt, and how if there's anything with a one up on me or the world, which makes me believe everything anything the world and its so called inhabitants are puppets to keep me entertained, an illusion if you will..

yeah it could use quite a few more periods and is confusing but it was a bitch to write itself.
