where are the best places to get knives and swords.
like the ones you would see as ceremonial knives and odd loookin knives
and i know this question sounds noobish but i also wanna get some "samurai" swords (cant think of a proper justification) like some of the ones in the collections thread.

im gonna guess flea markets and pawns shops right?

i started collecting way befor i legaly could... yea flea markets dude thats the big place... ebay used to sell switchblades but had to stop a few years back, you can also go to websites and since your under age what i did was send an email and ask if they would take cash (risky but no one in there right mind would say no to cash) mail it in and in a few weeks ya got a switch or fly... but watch your newspapers and you can find where flea markets are if ya find people who sell knifes and what not just ask if they have any thing else, alot of times they have "under the counter" shit..... hope it helps

if you want genuine articles not realistic looking knock offs then i suggest you look up some of the serious collectors and/or supply houses. however these items tend to be very expensive. if you have any genuinely unique or rare items you can try and trade with other collectors.

hate to say it but budk.com has lots of cheapass cool looking weapons

but badger swords (google em) has handmade katanas and bastard swords, and a warranty that if they are damaged by use they are replaced for free. they cost around 200 dollars though. also, they tend to go to local Renaissance fairs and festivals to sell their goods.

but other than that...drug dealers and friends that steal shit. also, military surplus stores usually have sick knives and they usually dont ask about age.

Your kidding right, I laughed so hard when I red this you know how much an original Katana costs.
Replicas can go between $50-$1000 depending on the quality.

are you talking about when you "red" my post?

the katanas are 375 usd http://www.badgerblades.com/html/katana_all_steel.html

the wagizashi's are 275 http://www.badgerblades.com/html/wagi_all_steel.html

the 1 1/4 inch thick broadswords are 335 http://www.badgerblades.com/html/1_1_4_steel.html

the two handed swords cost 435 http://www.badgerblades.com/html/1_1_4_steel.html

guess i was off by around 175. my bad. not nearly 1000 though.

edit: i also never said it was an original katana. i said it was a handmade katana.

if you're in Australia, global gear sell that kinda stuff.
i'm sure you could probably get them to post overseas. there's probably heaps of internet stores as well.

http://www.globalgear.com.au

even if you can't it's a nice site to look at

flea markets are great for weapons because they're cheap and the people selling them just want money so usually they'll sell to anyone, except very little kids.

Sometimes at flea markets if you ask one of the people who sells weapons if they have anything else for sell they might have guns. Once I seen a Intertec AB-10 but it was worn out, only had a 10 round clip and, the guy wanted $600 for it.

Well it used to suck now that I'm 21 I can walk into any gun shop and buy whatever I want.

Phoenix Fire

For that you can only obtain legal guns, must have permits, and they have to be registered.
I'll stick with the flea markets...

I get my stuff from the biggest one here.

Illegal guns aren't worth it in my opinion. Anyway thats a big flea market and were you serious about $80 Tecs? If you are do you know any FFL holders that would be willing to transfer one to another state?

Phoenix Fire
October 26th, 2008, 05:38 PM
They sell tec9's by the crate down here, they're easy and cheap to mass produce.
I could have some transferred if you got cash.

alp
October 26th, 2008, 05:43 PM
how much for 2 black Tec-DC9s with barrel shrouds and 32 round clips? Also can you get "new in box" ones?

Phoenix Fire
October 26th, 2008, 05:45 PM
I can have them made, yes.
Powder coat job and shrouds?
Plus shipping out of state...
Probably 2k$ for the guns and 7-8k$ for shipping.
They would have to make a cast for the shrouds, they don't make them cause they're just a fashion accessory.

alp
October 26th, 2008, 05:51 PM
Why is the shipping so high? It usually costs $30 for a few guns overnight shipped USPS and $20-30 for each FFL holder involved in transfer.

UPS, the men in brown shorts...
You want a pair of shiny new tec9's your gonna have to write them yourselves and try to set up a meeting.
They usually Wont take an order that small.

I meant USPS you know the post office the people that bring you mail every day except sunday anyway I think I'll pass on this as it sounds too high risk.

Phoenix Fire
October 28th, 2008, 02:31 AM

The FN- Herstal P90 is a pretty good submachine gun, it has the largest magazine size and it's power is eclipsed by few weapons.

30 rounds in 5 seconds, with a 10 foots spread.
They're great.
