also it cant turn into an AK-47, it can change the barrel to shoot a 7.62x39.

there are plenty of assault rifles that can do that. the M4/M16 can be turned into a Grendel 6.5, which uses an intermediate round that is 6.5x55mm


its also kind of like the G36, XM8 and the TAR-21 in that it can change roles

why does everyone think the AK-47 is so great?
it is only popular because it hardly jams, has low kick, low recoil, easy to maintain and is basically a peasants gun. it takes little skill
i personally would rather a stronger gun that would take some knowledge to use

the ak 47 is more intimidating than anything else
especially to civilians because we see it and immediately think "thats a terrorist gun"

and what they said was good about it shooting ak47 rounds is because they can just go pick up the rounds from a dead enemy and use those instead of having to carry a whole ton of amo

in a combat situation this is good cause as someone pointed out before you can switch the round you are using and your kind of hidden cause many people use the AK and u can go from a NATO round to a none NAto round which is good and you could take ammo off of dead people
