w3schools is only good for the internet. I am a regular at HackThisSite by now, and it gives quality training for free, but the forums are where it shines.

The best for beginners is batch files scripting, just dont be a script kiddie. Learn VB script yourself. Then move up to network hacking such as ARP poisoning and stuff. Atleast... thats how i began.
