Beehive rounds anyone??

i keep hearing abou these "beehive rounds" for shot guns or Flechette from veitnam does any one know how to make them. i heard a guy talk about beehive kits do they exsistes and if they do were would one find them

It wouldn't be useful in a shotgun.
It's hundreds of darts fired from artillery cannons.
They spread giving it a "shotgun" effect.
You could put tails on some pins and load a 12g shell with them, it would be the same thing.

i am pretty sure they made some shells i heard a guy from Vietnam who made them and used them there i know they used them in artiilery but watever any one else no anything about them?

(also fletchets are somewut armor pierceing and have considerble range and are chaep an easy to make or get good luck finding some good deals)

stop necro posting. they do not have good range at all, they are just loads of darts for close quarters and they are not armor piercing also learn to spell.

load your own shotgun shells, you can put whatever you want in them. a slug in half, drill a hole through it, and tie them together with a long peice of steel line. close and medium range this will cause a lot of damage. ive cut a tree down with these.

Sounds like that would work to some pretty nasty effect, did you use steel cable fishing leader? That shit is good for everything.
I'd just stick to cheap 00' buckshot though, probably does more damage.
Back in highschool we played around with loading shotgun shells with all kinds of silly stuff, mostly glass, which just seems to just turn to dust on exit of the barrel anyway, would still be a interesting experience to hit someone with it as home protection though.

yeah steal leader. its strong and thin, can easily remove someones head by its self haha. you can also make a sharp projectile out of steel with fins, attach to several yards of steal cable, and you can shoot through the side of a car with it having one side secured somewhere. this can realllllllllly fuck shit up.
