in C# there are built in functions to do this

hmm well i was messing around with c++ and just tried this out, it provides medium security, not to be used for high level stuff, its a combination of diff coding languages, binary, hex, dec, and base64 sequenced randomly, theres a number in the beginning that tells it what sequences to do to decipher it, it could be text - dec - binary - base - dec - base - hex multiple times so you would need to have some program to read how to decipher it, or the program i made to do it
