bike:epoxy or use expanding foam on the wheel and pedal bearings, bend tires and handlebars

house:while hes out epoxy locks shut, screw windows shut basically make it so he cant go in at all and try to do it on a cold night, at night spraypaint random windows, saw doorknob off

car:slash tires, key the car, take a chisel to the handles so they fall off, expanding foam on the mirrors or windshield(its very hard to get completely off)

expanding foam works on many things so get creative
