I need some help with doing some joke things to my friends computer. I have his IP Address and all. Can someone please help?

Is there any way to like type something then it will popup on someone else's computer?
For instance, typing, My name is John, and I would appreciate it if you wouldnt pound my keys so hard when you type.
Just to scare him.
Can anyone help?

but yeah, make a program that is set to come up on startup, and when he types too fast, it says that...it wouldnt be that hard, essentially a smart keylogger
