Cookie decodeing

i know it sounds gay but is there a way to get user id / passwords from cookies.... if so how do i do it kinda n00bish in this hackin stuff... i did manage to get all the persons cookies i want to mess with e-mail myspace everything...

i got like over 3000 cookies in a file i have a cookie view thing... there is some auto login stuff for messengers n such but im just lost on it :)

myspace im
yahoo im all auto login cookies just cant get past the hash were im stuck at currently
