Goddamn it Ati

ok so i was fucking around on one of my computers with the Ati controller on the desktop and i set the Video Settings all the way up and it popped up that it couldn't display it so i waited 15 sec thinking it had a fail safe like windows does... about 5 mins go by im still sitting there .. nothing so i go in safe mode to see if i can find it to change the Settings well i cant find it ...so then i went into the add/remove and got rid of it reinstalled the Drivers and for some reason i guess it saved the Preferences so i went back del it again went into the Drivers menu del the folder and went into Program files and Del the Ati folder and Reinstalled once more ... Same shit...Ugh so i Tried to Vnc my computer from another one and i cant tell if my Router is blocking it or if the computer is cause it wont connect . Now its looking like partition the Drive and Reinstall windows or something cause i cant get this to work for any thing any advice ? and i didn't know where the hell to put this so i put it in hacking cause i figured im prob going to have to hack my own computer with a telnet server or something idk

But any way...Help PLZ!!
