Fix my phone

K well my dad shut off my phone on the verizon network like he said he suspended it or somthing so I need to find out if there's a way i can get through it or turn it back on.

Whenever I try n send a text it goes "network not responding, message saved in sent"

I have a black verizon alias phone. Who can help me out??
