Read about this in the Anarchists Cookbook. This would take a while and be hard.
1. put the car up on blocks or a jack so it wont fall when you slash the tires
2. slash the tries
3. fill tires with concrete. that quickcrete stuff will probwork best
3. wait till dries and tires look normal
4. take car off blocks
5. watch as the owner drives off in their new heavy tires
havent tried this but would be funny and new tires and possibly a whole new axel would cost them a shit load of money,
other ways to fuck with a car
piss in gas tank
styrafoam in gas tank
slash tires
deflate tries
whatever else you can think of
