Look at the other posts on flamethrowers and look at the one that i suggested and that is the cheapest flamethrower you can make (unless you go with a cheap disposable supersoaker flamethrower).

Uhh, just go get some Gum remover if you want to be super cheap, and tape it onto a metal handle (to protect your free hand and stabilize the direction), and get a rag to light, and then put rag on nozzle, and light and enjoy.

Gum remover is the freezing shit that is flammable as hell.. You can give em frost bite and roast their ass

Another easy way to make a flamethrower is to wash the inside of a super soaker, and fill it with gasoline...then get a rag and soak it in gasoline, tape it to nozzle, pump, light the rag, and pull the trigger. Awesome for temporary purposes and goes far as fuck

I don't know if this would work properly but i was kind of thinking a weed sprayer with an air compressor if you have one if the weed sprayer would do good:confused:

the cheapest would be a ketchup bottle full of gas and use a wooden match on the end other than a towel or rag (sounds ghetto as fuck and probly blow up in your hands)...

hold up a source of flame (like a grill lighter) and spray a can of aerosol, hairspray, lysol, deodorant, etc. it's a short-range flamethrower, sure, but you can't beat $2.

Use and air compressor and compress Hydrogen, then fill up one of those cheap 5 gal air tanks put a little 4 ft hose and a long blow tip nozzle. Now tape a kitchen lighter the end of the nozzle and tape open the trigger. (Light with a match or something). Then pull the trigger on the blow nozzle. Whalla! Hydrogen flame thrower.

*Please, don't be stupid enough to do this. Just putting this out there to show you can be as creative as you want and still build some sort of flame thrower. You just have to think about it.

this isn't the ceapest one to make but you can build of the idea smaller=less expensive. but it is very good and you will have fun torching random shit

K ive done this before and must say it is really fucking awesome. What you need is a powerful squirt gun, (if you want to make mods to it ). gaseoline, and some kind of device that lights the stream of gas. I straped a peice of wood to the water gun duct taped the hell out of it then put a gass soaked rag on the end and lit it. BTW MAKE SURE WHAT EVER IS LIGHTING THE STREAM IS TOUCHING IT.

So fill up the water gun tank with gas pump light the rag and fire. it has the same range the watergun has. Mine had about a 30 ft range and was awesome i highly suggest making one. BTW make sure to be careful gass is explosive.
