You can put like chlorine in a ping pong ball and then duck tape it or scotch tape it and then shove it in a gas tank...then the gas will eat through the scotch and then the ball and the chlorine will ignite the gas and boom no more car =]

Dude, firetime is one of the few people on here who actually knows what he's talking about. If you fill a pingpong ball with chlorine, then yes, if the gasoline gets through, it will explode. However, it's unlikely to get through the whole pingpong ball all at once, so it would just leek out. Even if it somehow did get through all at the same time, it's a very small amount and not nearly big enough to blow up a car.
