IF I had to pick... I'd have to go with Ville Valo...

Personally, I think Matt Heafy from Trivium has one of the best voices ever. If you have trouble sleeping, they're the ones to listen to. Pop in the CD Ascendancy and you'll be set.

I love all three as well...but I couldn't really decide...I just put down ville because I don't really listen to The Ramones as much as I do HIM or Rammstein, and I bought the Rammstein DVD "Volkerball" and in a few songs...I couldn't help but notice that Till was lip syncing :( :( (See "Stein Um Stein"). That doesn't bother me though...I'm sure almost all singers lip sinc...I actually heard a live version of HIM's "Dead Lovers Lane" that was recorded on a cell phone, and Ville neglected to sing a really high part...:(
oh well...I love em all anyway :D

fuck lipsynching. then again, think about it...you tour and have to sing 5-10 songs per show and do 10-30 shows....thats a LOT of screaming, growling and so on

i would like to know why JIM MORRISon of all people is not on this list? an abomination of rock!!! jk i would have to say the ramones... very intersting era in the rock genre. start of unique and edgy style. the whole band set a trend that some today still follow.
