is a proximony detonator electricly detonate things like a BBQ lighter?

cuzz i bought a BBQ lighter to blow shit up, i can only ignight lighters and small shit with it. How do i use it to ingnite exploisves?

im sorry but you can =[. There isnt enough voltage hook up a remote control car with the old christmas tree bulb and that works great

use a transistor and add a capacitor on the emitter pin of the transistor (NPN type) then you can trigger it with low voltage and have enough power to blow things up, but you need 2 have 2 power suplies (3v and a 12V for main circuit) ...
